We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Processing Representative to join our Client Processing team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.
Responsibilities
Execute client transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high standard of service by demonstrating expertise in client processing.
Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to BNY's service standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization, contributing to operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
0‑5 years of experience.
Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transaction data and identify improvement opportunities.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and resolution of inquiries.
Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy in transaction processing and compliance with standards.
