We are seeking a driven and experienced VOS Technician, Continuous Improvement, to join our dynamic team in Pelzer, SC, supporting Vertiv’s rapidly expanding operations. This is a critical leadership role within our manufacturing facility, focused on driving operational excellence, team performance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for leading and implementing Lean and Lean Six Sigma projects to improve business performance in alignment with key initiatives across the organization. Be part of a highly skilled team of change agents working with all functional areas of the business as well as customers and suppliers. Develop, execute and sustain effective process improvements that drive process and productivity improvements utilizing Lean methodologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Decisions have a direct impact on plant operations and customers Frequently interacts with peer groups
Interactions normally получила info exchange and basic problem resolution
Ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence
Leads facility VOS communications, education and trainings
Implements site analysis including baseline of operations and financial analysis and continuous measurement and improvement.
Partner with the local VOS manager to develop and deploy VOS strategy
Proven track record of operational execution
QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Six Sigma / Lean certifications, preferred

Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
Ability to work within a matrix managementfið environment
Work with minimal supervision
Ability to understand customer / client issues and creatively apply solutions to real-world issues with world‑class result

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 3 plus years’ experience
