The Undergraduate Program in the Wisconsin School of Business is home to a thriving learning community where havia student gain lifelong friends, develop skills for their dream careers, and position themselves to excel in an ever-evolving business world. The Undergraduate Program serves upwards of 5,000 students across 12 different business majors, our pre‑business population, and certificate programs.

Time Commitment: Approximately 5‑7 hours/week (Monday‑Friday, 8:45 am‑4:00 pm and occasional evening hours)

Qualifications
Currently admitted BBA student who will be on campus for the fall 2026 semester
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong communication skills to present information, answer questions, and listen to student concerns
Availability to create an individualized, welcoming, and inclusive experience for visiting students and families from a diverse spectrum of cultural, economic, ethnic, and regional backgrounds
Elevated knowledge and understanding of the Wisconsin BBA Program and interest in learning more
Position Summary / Job Duties
Scheduling, coordinating, and leading family visits and tours of the Wisconsin School of Business for prospective students
_confirms Co‑presenting BBA Information Sessions for prospective students
Communicating with prospective students through phone and email to maintain and enhance student interest in the Wisconsin BBA Program
Delegate general workflow of Admissions Ambassadors. Provide additional 1:1 training support as needed throughout the semester.
Maintain a detailed internal tracking database for visitors and prospective students Representing the BBA Program at on‑campus recruiting events Conducting research and additional projects as assigned
Assisting in the coordination and execution of prospective student events
