What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve and exceed annual territory sales targets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans involving pharmacy owners and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with various departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Manage sales funnel and accurately forecast sales within the assigned territory
Travel frequently to support industry events and customer engagements
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven track record of sales excellence and relationship building
4-year College Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years B2B field sales experience in the pharmacy or healthcare space
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively both domestically and internationally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Salesforce.com
Superior presentation skills
Understanding of the US healthcare environment, particularly in retail pharmacy
