Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician with strong Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche experience to join the team in Las Vegas, NV. This is a full‑time, in‑person role ideal for an experienced “A‑Level” or Master Technician who specializes in German engineering. Experience with other German makes (BMW, Mercedes‑Benz, etc.) is a plus, but VW/Audi/Porsche experience is the primary focus.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche vehicles, with exposure to other German makes as applicable.
Perform advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostics using modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
Accurately troubleshoot complex drivability, electrical, and performance issues.
Deliver high‑quality repairs that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth shop operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
Strong hands‑on experience with Volkswagen, Audi, and/or Porsche vehicles (dealership or high‑end independent experience preferred).
Experience with other German vehicles (BMW, Mercedes‑Benz, etc.) is a plus.
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Authorization to work in the United States with proficient English communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Compensation $30–$55/hour, depending on experience and skill level. Bonus opportunities available, with an expanded program currently in development.
