About The Role Dunbar Consulting, Inc. is seeking a

Change Management & Readiness Lead

to support an

ERP Readiness and Tool Selection

engagement with a higher education institution. This role is focused on preparing the organization for future ERP modernization by driving

stakeholder alignment, communication planning, governance support, and change readiness assessment

during the pre‑implementation phase.

This position is

contingent upon contract award .

Key Responsibilities

Lead organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder impact analysis, and change risk identification

Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans to support alignment and transparency

Facilitate leadership, steering committee, and cross‑functional workshops to build shared understanding and decision clarity

Support the definition of governance structures, escalation pathways, and accountability frameworks

Partner with the ERP Business Architect and Business Process Analyst to integrate change implications into future‑state design and roadmap recommendations

Develop messaging, briefing materials, and executive talking points to support change narrative and adoption awareness

Track engagement progress and adjust strategies to maintain momentum and readiness

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation advisory, or stakeholder engagement leadership

Experience in technology‑enabled transformation (ERP, HCM, SIS, LMS, CRM, etc.)

Strong facilitation and communication abilities across executive, functional, and end‑user audiences

Experience in higher education or public sector preferred

Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, ACMP) is beneficial

Work Model

Hybrid: Primarily remote

Periodic Travel: Approximately 2–4 on‑site trips to the Southwest Virginia region (3–4 days each)

Compensation Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and alignment with project budgeting requirements.

Candidates are encouraged to provide their desired hourly rate range when applying.
