Customer Service Representative (Contract to Hire) Location:

Santa Fe Springs, CA

Pay:

$21.00–$23.00 per hour

Job Description The role includes quoting customers via phone, fax or email, processing and expediting orders, handling electronic invoices, taking inbound calls, providing quotes and wait times, making outbound calls to prospective clients and overall administrative assistance.

Responsibilities

Quote customers via phone, fax or email

Process and expedite orders via fax or email

Handle electronic invoices

Take inbound calls from customers/clients

Provide quotes and wait times for certain products

Make outbound calls to prospective clients explaining offers and pricing

Assist with overall administrative tasks

Qualifications

1–2 years of customer service representative experience (inbound & outbound calls) plus order processing

Strong customer service and communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office
