Job Title: Facilities and Grounds Management Specialist Nestle Pizza division located in Little Chute, WI is hiring a Building and Grounds Specialist for our 1st shift team!

We Offer:

Starting rate of pay $26.44- $29.79 per hour based on experience

1st shift 4:50am-5:00pm

12-hour 2/2/3 schedules – NO SWING SHIFTS

Position Summary This position is primarily responsible for industrial painting, which includes preparing surfaces and selecting the appropriate paint to ensure high-quality results that meet established standards. In addition to painting, the specialist will perform routine maintenance on equipment related to building and grounds upkeep. The role requires skills in industrial painting, carpentry, drywall installation, plumbing, and masonry to address minor repairs and enhancements. Seasonal responsibilities include snow removal during winter months, ensuring safe and accessible environments for all.

Building, grounds, and equipment maintenance – Repairs (e.g., Lawn Tractor)

Minor carpentry, Drywall, Plumbing, Masonry

Painting (Exterior and Interior)

Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers

Selecting and mixing appropriate paints and other coatings according to specifications

Applying paints and other coatings using a variety of tools, such as sprayers, brushes, and rollers

Setting up and maintaining painting equipment

Ensuring that painted surfaces meet quality standards, and that paint application is uniform and free of bubbles and debris

Inspecting final product for any inconsistencies or defects

Performing minor repair work on surfaces to be painted

Must be able to operate Power Industrial Equipment (Forklift, Boom Lift, Scissor Lift)

Repair and maintain building man doors, overhead, highspeed, dock lock

Snow removal

Other projects as assigned

This role will be an entry point to a Utilities Technician role if desired.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

Related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

Upon hire employee will complete company-paid training at Sherwin Williams

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Abide by all plant rules/policies

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to sit, stand, walk, crouch, squat, stoop, reach, crawl, twist, climb, and lift 50 pounds; exposure to cold, heat, extreme noise, outdoors.
