About this Role
The 2050 Investment Analyst & Fund Manager will play a pivotal role in the Goldhirsh Foundation by launching and managing the newly established 2050 Fund. This role carries a dual mandate: to achieve robust financial performance and advance the foundation’s mission‑driven agenda. Candidates will need to possess expert investment knowledge as they will be tasked with managing an initial $5 million in public equities, with potential growth to influence the full $60 million endowment. The ideal candidate will skillfully blend financial acumen with strategic foresight to designassigned, monitor, and refine the foundation’s comprehensive investment strategy. This position offers significant leadership exposure, providing the candidate with opportunities to shape how the foundation deploys its capital to ensure both financial resilience and social impact. This growth role aims to evolve into the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) position, offering an avenue for significant career progression. Responsibilities include defining portfolio composition targets, establishing financial and impact benchmarks, and developing a dual scorecard to measure success. Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and actively manage the organization’s investment strategy for the 2050 fund. Maintain an active trading posture across various asset classes. Monitor daily market activity for investment opportunities. Manage portfolio rebalancing, asset allocation, and liquidity planning. Conduct ongoing research and analysis of target companies and market trends. Prepareரில் investment models and risk‑return analyses. Deliver detailed quarterly and annual reports on portfolio performance. Serve as the point of contact for external investment advisors and engage with stakeholders to integrate investment strategy into organizational planning. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. 3 to 7 yearsNASDAQ professional experience in investment management or a related field. Demonstrated track record of successful equity trading or portfolio management. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
