As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager to help us deepen our relationship with our fans and expand our brand reach across digital platforms. Job Summary: We’re looking for an in-house Content and Social Media Specialist with a passion for food, storytelling, and visual media. This role will focus on developing original recipes using Lifeway products and producing high-quality photo and video content for use across social media, digital, retail, and marketing channels. From concept to final edit, you’ll play a key role in shaping how consumers interact with and are inspired by our brand.
Duties/Responsibilities: Recipe Development & Culinary Content Create original, on-brand recipes using Lifeway products for seasonal campaigns, social media, blog, and email Adapt recipes for various dietary needs and trends (gluten-free, plant-forward, gut-friendly, etc.) Write clear, SEO-friendly recipe instructions and ingredient lists Photo & Video Production Plan, style, shoot, and edit food and lifestyle content (short-form videos, reels, TikToks, stills) Work closely with the social and content teams to align visuals with brand goals and tone Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets Content Strategy & Collaboration Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams on campaign content needs Stay current on food trends, social media best practices, and content innovations Help maintain and organize a content library of assets Copy & Storytelling Support Contribute written content for blog posts, captions, and packaging where needed Assist with UGC curation and content briefs for
creators/influencers
Required Skills/Abilities: Strong portfolio of recipe development and visual content (photography and video) Skilled in DSLR or mirrorless camera usage, lighting, and editing tools (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, etc.) Proficient in food styling and culinary techniques Excellent writing and storytelling skills Knowledge of current food trends, health and wellness space, and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Education and Experience: Degree preferred or equivalent on experience. 2–4 years of experience in content creation, food media, or social media marketing
