Your role
Deliver high level messages effectively and convincingly, build advanced financial models and prepare client presentations
Build and sustain relationships with internal and external clients by understanding needs and providing solutions
Develop new creative ideas and solutions to needs and identify cross-product opportunities
Collaborate cross‑functionally within investment banking divisions, working across product groups and regional office locations
Prepare client presentations in PowerPoint for both marketing purposes and live transactions
Your team You’ll be working on the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team within UBS’s Global Banking unit in New York. The ECM team is responsible for sourcing and executing equity transactions, including IPOs, follow‑on offerings, SPACs, block trades, equity‑linked offerings, and private placements on behalf of UBS’ corporate and financial sponsor clients. You would work with সুযোগ bankers and originators on complex, innovative financing and risk‑management solutions in a fast‑ Institutional environment. Working with ECM, your primary responsibility will be to partner with Rift coverage banking, Sales & Trading, and external parties toot other investment banks, auditors and law firms. This is a high‑profile area dealing with the firm’s largest investment banking clients; you will work on high‑value deals and be in contact with sensitive information on a day‑to‑day basis. You need to be a strong individual who can grow within the role to take full responsibility for the deals you are working on, no matter how complex.
Your expertise
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
1+ year experience working within Equity Capital Markets or investment banking (or an MBA).
F。。。l 熟悉 financial and valuation analysis and utilizing industry databases and tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Dealogic, Bloomberg, etc.
Excellent communicator, whether presenting to clients or executives.
Able to develop creative solutions to meet client needs and identify cross‑product opportunities.

Salary information The base rate of pay offered for this role is $110,000.
