Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Construction Services Location: I-20 Region (Columbia SC, Augusta GA, Aiken SC) Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000 + Commission
Total Earning Potential:
$120,000 - $150,000 annually (based on performance)

Outside Sales Representative
to join our team and serve the
I-20 corridor region , including Columbia, Augusta, and Aiken. Key Responsibilities:
Manage existing accounts and build new ones through organized daily sales efforts.
Build and maintain client relationships to grow service usage.
Research market trends and permitting data to focus sales efforts.
Provide detailed activity and results reports to management.
Resolve customer concerns and suggest improvements.
Complete bids, estimates, and project drawings as needed.
Use proprietary software to manage accounts and workflows.
Coordinate with office staff for accurate billing and scheduling.
Perform job site visits before and during project completion.
Prospect for new business, including cold calling potential clients.
Requirements:
Strong existing network in the construction industry (Columbia, Aiken, Augusta)
Proven sales success in construction or related fields
Existing relationships with builders and/or vendors in assigned territory
College degree preferred but not required (5+ years of relevant experience accepted)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid math and estimation ability (e.g. percentages, volume, commissions)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
High attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
