
Summary: We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist/Administrator that will function as part of a 3- person team to provide superior support. The Onboarding Specialist/Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely implementation of reports and documentation related to the Company's $123M loan portfolio, $3B A/R portfolio, and 300+ existing member stores, along with the onboarding of new store locations. Some basic job duties include providing direct service to member stores, coordinating various security and collateral audits, preparing checklists for acquiring the proper documentation to onboard a store, and following up for information, working closely with the Business Development Team. The Onboarding Specialist/Administrator may also assist in the collection of delinquent accounts and risk assessment. Job Description: • Work closely with business development to gather, organize and review all information necessary for onboarding a store into the Co-Operative. • Analyze Judgement/Lien and UCC searches to determine if a prospective store is a good fit for the Co-Operative. • Organize, update, and ensure all documentation is in the physical and digital folder system. • Prepare checklists to be signed off on by the loan committee, and VP of Finance for the store to onboard and receive funding. • Draft Membership and Security Documentation for approved prospective stores. • Work closely with Business Development coordinating the preparation and maintenance of membership documents. • Perform collateral reviews and lease abstracts, as part of financial recaps • Working with management, prepare timely and accurate loan documents & request package for loan committee approval. • Assist with monitoring payments and reporting delinquencies for entire loan portfolio. • Assist with timely communication with borrowers as conversion or term change dates approach for loans. • Perform periodic collateral audits. Request and obtain updated information. • Demonstrate an understanding of loan policy, underwriting, loan risk, and regulatory requirements. • Assist accounting department staff with reconciliations and analyses. • Work with loan committee, members, and attorney to prepare and ensure execution of all loan documents (commitment letters, promissory notes, guarantees, CAOL, etc.) • Escalate issues as necessary to appropriate parties. Qualifications: SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Advanced Excel, and Word skills. Understanding PowerPoint and Access. • 3 years of commercial credit, real estate, or loan processing experience preferred. • Excellent communication skills- oral and written. Ability to communicate with individuals and groups. • Experience in organizing projects under deadlines and completing tasks with a high degree of accuracy. • Basic accounting understanding (debits and credits)
