Job Description Seeking a technical specialist with hands‑on experience configuring and optimizing Amazon Connect for a banking contact center. Responsible for setting up contact flows, integrations, security, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
Security: IAM, KMS, SCM, VPC, Banking Security Governance
Deploy and configure Amazon Connect instances
Develop contact flows, IVR scripts, and routing logic
Integrate with banking systems (CRM, authentication, databases)
Implement security best practices (IAM, KMS, VPC)
Troubleshoot and optimize performance

Qualifications
