JD Act as
Product Owner
within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART), managing and prioritizing the product backlog Collaborate with business stakeholders to define
product vision, roadmap, and features Translate business requirements into
user stories with clear acceptance criteria Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Participate in SAFe ceremonies including: PI Planning Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews & Retrospectives Ensure alignment between
business objectives and technical solutions Drive
functional design and solutioning
within the FINEOS platform Manage dependencies across teams and ensure smooth delivery execution Support UAT, business validations, and production releases
Skills 8–12+ years of experience in
Product Ownership / Business Analysis / Agile delivery Strong experience working in a
SAFe environment Hands-on experience with
FINEOS Deep understanding of
insurance domain
(Life, Disability, Claims, or Policy Administration) Proven experience in: Backlog management User story creation Acceptance criteria definition Strong knowledge of Agile tools such as: Jira / Rally / Azure DevOps Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
