We’re looking for a
Senior Technical Lead – Windchill PLM
who can lead complex initiatives, influence architecture decisions, and partner closely with business and IT stakeholders in a global delivery environment.
What you’ll do: Serve as the technical authority for Windchill PLM across large, complex programs Mentor developers, drive technical reviews, and promote Windchill best practices Lead code reviews, QA standards, and delivery governance to ensure high‑quality outcomes Act as a technical advisor for feasibility studies, architecture reviews, and solution design Support project estimation, risk management, and delivery planning Collaborate with stakeholders in a client-facing role and coordinate with onshore–offshore (India) teams Support SAP ECC transition programs, vendor takeovers, and service delivery KPIs Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transitions is a strong plus
What we’re looking for: Strong expertise in
PTC Windchill PLM
(architecture, customizations, integrations) Solid experience with
Change Management
in PLM environments Hands-on knowledge of
Design Verification & Validation (V&V) Experience with
SAP integrations , ECC transitions, and operational reporting Proven ability to manage technical risks and deliver at scale
Certifications Windchill or PLM-related certifications are optional but highly valued. Certification in Change Management methodologies is recommended.
