multi-family and commercial construction projects

The Opportunity This position offers the chance to join a well-established and growing GC with a strong pipeline of work across the region. You’ll play a key role in delivering complex, high-value projects while working within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance Drive problem-solving and decision-making across all project phases
Requirements Minimum
5 years’ experience
working with a
General Contractor Proven track record delivering
multi-family construction projects Experience within the
commercial construction sector Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively
