Position Summary: This role owns the end-to-end delivery of hyperscale and enterprise data center projects, from design through construction, commissioning, and handover. You will work cross-functionally to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead full project lifecycle: design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover • Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting to executive stakeholders • Oversee technical design across MEP, HVAC, electrical, and IT infrastructure • Ensure compliance with Uptime, NFPA, IEC, and other industry standards • Coordinate contractors, vendors, utilities, and internal teams • Support operational readiness, documentation, and transition to operations

Required Qualifications: • 10+ years in data center or critical infrastructure delivery • Proven experience delivering Tier III+ / hyperscale projects (ideally 50MW+) • Strong mechanical & electrical systems knowledge (HVAC, MV/LV, UPS, etc.) • Experience managing EPC / D&B contractors and complex builds • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred) • PMP or similar certification a plus
