School Occupational Therapist - Aurora, Colorado

A part-time opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in a smaller school district near Aurora, CO. This role offers approximately 12 hours per week within a supportive special education department known for its collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to students in the school setting

Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop tailored intervention plans

Monitor and document student progress

Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed

Qualifications:

Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Service Provider (SSP) certification

Current DORA licensure

Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy is preferred but not required

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Aurora, Colorado area (Denver vicinity)

Placement within a smaller, close-knit school district
