This role offers hybrid flexibility and the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a rapidly expanding IoT company.**Job Description*** Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process across multiple P&Ls and international entities* Prepare and maintain financial models to measure business performance, identify risks, and track strategic initiatives* Partner with leaders across the company to prepare, measure, and track budgets that align with company goals* Analyze financial and operational results, provide insights, and recommend data-driven actions* Assist in building dashboards, reports, and presentations for the CFO and executive team* Take on additional responsibilities in financial analysis and strategy as the role and company continue to grow**Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field* Prior experience in FP&A or corporate finance, ideally with exposure to multi-P&L or international reporting* Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis* Advanced Excel and financial modeling ability; experience with ERP and BI tools preferred* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights for non-financial stakeholders* Self-starter with the ability to grow into expanded responsibilities over timeInterested in hearing more?
