Clinical Director
to lead our clinical operations, shape company culture, and build a best-in-class clinical team. What You'll Do
Provide clinical oversight for all ABA programs across settings Supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff Oversee treatment plan development, fidelity, and clinical outcomes Conduct case reviews and ensure clinical documentation meets standards Lead hiring, training, and ongoing development of the clinical team Ensure compliance with BACB, Missouri state licensing, and payer guidelines Partner with families, schools, and leadership to ensure holistic support Play a strategic role in shaping the growth and quality of our clinical services What We’re Looking For
BCBA certification
(in good standing – required) Missouri LBA
(or ability to obtain – required) Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field 5+ years of experience in ABA, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role Experience managing teams and multiple client caseloads Deep commitment to ethical, individualized care Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Nice to Have
Experience launching or growing an ABA clinic or regional practice Familiarity with Missouri Medicaid and insurance billing Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred, not required)
