Key Responsibilities:

Manage, supervise, and mentor BCBAs and RBTs across client caseloads.

Oversee development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans.

Conduct clinical audits and ensure quality and compliance across teams.

Collaborate with families, school staff, and other professionals to drive client success.

Conduct assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and update treatment goals as needed.

Uphold ethical standards and ensure all clinical practices meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Current

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

certification required.

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.

LBA in Maryland

Minimum 2–3 years of experience

in the field, including supervising RBTs and/or BCBAs.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Commitment to clinical excellence and a genuine passion for helping children and families thrive.

Schedule & Compensation:

Pay Range:

$140 – $160/hour (based on experience and role)

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time available

Location:

Baltimore, Maryland and surrounding areas – In-person, hybrid, or remote options may be discussed
