JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active Arizona license or IMLC; willing to license
• Board: BC/BE in Electrophysiology
• DEA: Active DEA with AZ address
• Certifications: ACLS required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Electrophysiology

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient cardiac electrophysiology care
• Perform and interpret specialized EP procedures
• Consult on 34 hospital cases per day and conduct 46 EP procedures daily
• Collaborate with Cath Lab team and other cardiac specialists
• Document encounters using Cerner EMR system Requirements
