JOB OVERVIEW

• Case Mix: Acute, chronic, preventive care including obstetrics

FACILITY INFORMATION

• Office Equipment Available: Standard outpatient and OB care setup
• Support Staff Available: Clinic support team
• Reason for Coverage: Permanent position

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Rate: $205,000 $235,000 annually (dependent on qualifications)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
• Relocation Bonus: $5,000.00

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active CO medical license
• Certifications: BLS required
• Experience: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics with OB experience
• Other Qualifications: - Graduation from an approved medical school - Board Eligible or Board Certified by the American Board of Physicians in specified specialty - Commitment to team-based care in a community-focused setting

• Manage acute, chronic, and preventive medical needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation
