Practice Setting
- Outpatient-focused cancer center
- RNs and care coordinator on staff
- Epic EMR
- 16 infusion chairs onsite
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Weeknight call and occasional weekend call
- Minimum 3 weeks/month preferred
Cases and Procedures
- Mix: 80% Oncology, 20% Hematology
- Average: 16 patients/day (new and follow-ups)
- No acute leukemia or BMT (transfers to St. Cloud)
- New linear accelerator recently installed
Requirements
- Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
- Active Minnesota license (or willing to obtain)
- DEA required
- Must provide 3 references at submission
