Shifts available: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM OR 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM. This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday.
What You Will Be Doing
- Processing a variety of customer payments and exceptions in a timely and accurate manner to customer accounts.
- Performs research and adjustment activities.
- Processes exception items.
- Maintains inventory of remittance processing supplies.
- Prepares outgoing collection notices for negotiable instruments, e.g., bonds, food stamps, foreign items.
What You Will Need
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills in dealing with internal and external clients.
- Knowledge and some previous experience of remittance processing preferred.
- Able to identify errors in calculations and balances.
- Comfortable working with different systems.
