nWhat You’ll Do as a Home Health Aide:
nProvide light housekeeping, do laundry, make meals
nTransport clients to appointments or the store
nAssist with personal cares like transfers, toileting, showers, hygiene
nMedication reminders, life management
nProvide companionship with engaging activities and ensure client safety
nReport changes in condition or concerns around well-being of the client
nDelegated nursing tasks like catheter care, medication administration, etc with training by RN
nMust Haves for Home Health Aide:
nRead, write, speak, and understand English with or without reasonable accommodations as needed for the job.
nMust have a current and valid driver’s license and be able to safely operate a vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations with or without reasonable accommodations.
nMust have own vehicle with proof of adequate car insurance
