Role: Lead BSS ConsultantLocation: Seattle, WADuration: 6+ MonthsRequired Skills: BSS, Telecom, CPQ, TMFJob Description: Mandatory Skills:o Strong IT experience in Telecom domain with BSS experience in Retail, Enterprise and wholesale LOB for following areaso Sales & CRMo CPQo Care & Self-Helpo Enterprise Product Catalogo Order managemento Workflow managemento Mediation, Rating, Billing, OCSo Revenue Assurance, Fraud Managemento Enterprise Integrationso Data & Analytics, Reporting & Dash boarding, Governance & policy management Extensive experience in tactical and strategic product roll-out including Technology recommendations, architecture, domain driven solutions, API led connectivity, Risk Management, Fault Tolerance, NFR, Resilient architectures.Hand-on architecture design/consulting experience with (any 1) Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, Sigma e2e BSS stack.Should have worked in customer advisory role across BSS stack for 5+ years.Should be well conversant with eTOM/SID/TAM models, GSMA standards Experience with TMF architecture & Integration standards- ODA, NaaS, Open API.Experience in e-commerce and Omni-chanel transformations, Customer experience.Strong experience in Business Architecting and designing IT solutions with Enterprise Integrations, Legacy modernization, Functional consolidation. Preferred Experience/Skills Certifications TOGAF 9 Certified TMF Certifications (1.) To drive value creation in the engagement, proactively identify and implement process enhancements, optimizing program efficiency through streamlined workflows. (2.) To build strong relationships with key Program Partners / Stakeholders and manage their interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives. (3.) To optimize engagement profitability, strategically managing diverse variables, pinpointing improvement opportunities, and implementing targeted strategies to elevate overall project profitability.
