About The Team
UKG seeks a talented individual to support and expand its Product Compliance Operations Program within the Enterprise Risk and Compliance group. This role involves managing privacy and AI compliance efforts, collaborating with engineering, and supporting data governance and regulatory adherence.
About The Role
This position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative team player with knowledge of privacy and AI compliance. Responsibilities include:
- Managing privacy and AI requests, assessments, and documentation.
- Providing expertise on privacy and AI regulations.
- Collaborating with legal and engineering teams to ensure compliance.
- Supporting privacy impact assessments and data governance initiatives.
- Ensuring adherence to laws such as GDPR, CCPA, BIPA, HIPAA, and the EU AI Act.
- Promoting privacy by design and ethical AI practices.
- Assisting with audits and fostering a culture of compliance.
About You
Qualifications include a BS/BA degree, 2+ years in privacy operations or related fields, experience with privacy and AI requirements, and familiarity with audit frameworks. Certifications like CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, or AIGP are preferred.
