The founder is seasoned ERP professional who implemented ERP systems across over 30 clients in USA & Europe. Our consultants work on both internal & client facing projects.

Job Description:
As Python Data Scientist at VFM Consulting, you’ll play crucial role to analyze complex datasets, grow statistical models & get valuable insights for clients. You will team up with talented data scientists, engineers & domain experts to give innovative data driven solutions. Your expertise in Python programming & data science techniques will help solve business threats & drive meaningful outcomes.
Skills Needed:
Proficient in Python.
Experience in data manipulate, clean & preprocess by Python (e.g., NumPy, Pandas).
Proficient in statistical analysis, machine learning & predictive modeling.
Familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn) to give insights effectively.
Knowledge of learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is good.
Experience with SQL & database querying.
Strong problem solving skills & ability to analyze complex datasets.
Excellent storytelling skills to convey insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong teamwork abilities.
Responibilities:
Work with cross functional teams to understand business objectives & data requirements.
Data clean, transform & preprocess tasks using Python.
Apply statistical analysis & machine learning to grow models & uncover actionable insights.
Grow & implement data driven solutions to address complex business problems.
Make visually appealing & informative data visualizations to show insights.
Work with data engineers to optimize storage, retrieval & processing.
Stay timely with emerging fads & improvements in data science & machine learning.
Continuously improve data analysis methodologies & processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in cs, statistics or related field.
Proven experience as Python Data Scientist or similar role, with strong understanding of Python & data science techniques.
Proficient in Python.
Experience in data manipulation, cleaning & preprocessing by Python.
Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques.
Familiarity with data visualization tools for effective presentation of insights.
Knowledge of deep learning frameworks is a plus.
Experience with SQL and database querying.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex datasets.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
