Salary Range:
$70,000 - $110,000 / year DOE
Estimator/Project Manager Responsibilities: Review blueprints and create accurate material and labor cost estimates using industry-standard tools Prepare and manage bid documentation using Microsoft Office, OST, and Quick Bid Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal staff to align on project timelines and expectations Conduct site walks to validate bid assumptions and ensure alignment with field conditions Manage multiple estimates across commercial and residential projects in Illinois and Southern Wisconsin Maintain clear records and reports related to project bids and client communications Ensure all estimates adhere to industry and company safety standards
Estimator/Project Manager Requirements: Experience in construction estimating or project management within a subcontracting or GC environment Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans Familiarity with tools like OST, Quick Bid, Excel, and Word Willingness to work onsite and conduct field visits Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple bids or jobs Bachelor's degree in construction, business, or a related field preferred Spanish language skills are preferred
