About the Role:
We are seeking an entry-level
Customer Service Representative
to join our team on a short-term contract basis (1-3 months) with strong potential for permanent hire. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about helping others, comfortable working in a flexible schedule (never overnight), and fluent in both
English and Spanish .
If you have prior experience in
healthcare , that's a plus-but not required to be considered.
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner Accurately input customer information and update records Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and healthcare information Adapt to different shifts and scheduling needs (may work as late as 9:00 PM)
Qualifications: Fluent in
English and Spanish
(verbal and written) - required Previous experience in
healthcare or medical office settings
- preferred Strong communication and active listening skills Comfortable with basic computer tasks and data entry Ability to work flexible hours (never overnight; possible late evenings) Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
