Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator Schedule: 100% in office M-F 5 hours a day start at 9am M W F 8 hours a day, start at 9am Pay Rate: $20.00-$30.00 depending on experience Great position for retired, semi-retired or parents with school aged children Job Description

Recruiting & Hiring Develop and post job advertisements Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Assist with background checks and reference verifications Maintain applicant tracking and communication Onboarding & Offboarding Prepare and collect new hire paperwork Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions Ensure compliance with I-9 and E-Verify requirements Manage exit paperwork and offboarding procedures Employee Relations & Support Address day-to-day employee questions and concerns Document and escalate employee issues when needed Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws Support performance improvement or disciplinary processes as directed HR Administration Maintain accurate employee files and HR records Assist in updating HR policies and the employee handbook Process employee status changes (new hires, terminations, promotions, etc.) Workers' Compensation & Unemployment Submit and manage workers' compensation claims and follow up with injured employees Respond to unemployment claims and represent the company in hearings if required Track and document all claims and correspondence PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
