Position Summary:

Conduct all aspects of sales, marketing, and outreach for the Community to include networking, lead generation, lead management, and other marketing-related activities as assigned.

Responsibilities:

General: Ensure that the attainment of Victory Housing, Inc. mission takes precedence over all decisions and actions Assist in the identification of marketing objectives, strategies and tactics utilizing written marketing plans to ensure marketing success of the Community Participate in sales meetings and training as required; maintain proficiency on computer lead tracking system (CRM) Conduct all outreach in a thorough and timely manner adhering to schedules and plans Responsible for all lead management activities including initial call, tour, follow-up communication, secure deposit, and admission liaison Achieve/exceed census goals as outlined in budget

Networking:

Communicate the positioning strategy for the Community with each external contact.

Identify and develop relationship strategies for networking/lead generation with key agencies, organizations, and individual referral sources to include but not limited to: Hospital Discharge Planners Physicians: Geriatric and Family Psychiatrists Geriatric Case Managers Nursing Homes Retirement Communities Home Health Agencies Day Care Centers EAP Counselors Lawyers Worship Centers Local Lawyers Local Organizations (Chamber of Commerce, etc.) Local Business (i.e., Banks: Trust Officers, etc.) Health Care-related Agencies (i.e., Area Agency on Aging etc.) Managed Care Organizations

Build, qualify, and maintain referral source database in CRM.

Introduce, educate, and include each member of the community management team in appropriate networking activities.

Plan and regularly meet with networking referral sources to promote your community and the Victory Housing assisted living portfolio, develop strong relationships, generate qualified leads, establish positive Victory Housing, Inc. reputation; create community awareness and credibility; and educate referral sources to our brand and differentiators.

Sponsor networking events and individual functions on-site for networking referral sources as outlined in marketing plan or as appropriate.

Regularly attend networking functions to include but not limited to: Provider Councils, regional expositions, etc.

Continue to sharpen presentation skills by attending educational seminars or conferences to enhance networking relationships.

Build and maintain positive relationships with Resident/Family members as key referral sources.

Assist in the development and implementation of Resident/Family-related social activities that increase resident satisfaction and yield referrals. Thoroughly track referrals in lead management system.

Evaluate networking efforts on a quarterly basis and adjust networking efforts when appropriate.

Other networking tasks assigned by supervisor to enhance networking activity success.

Sales:

Maintain or exceed occupancy goals identified in operating budget. Achieve and sustain stabilized occupancy at a minimum of 96%.

Effectively nurture prospects with timely and actionable telephone follow-up, emails, and conduct tours, according to Victory Housing policies and procedures. The goal is to build relationships, solve for their communicated 911/triggers and convert to a move-in.

Achieve or exceed all established KPIs to include: Lead to tour at 50% Lead to move-in at 15% Tour to move-in at 35%

Maintain up-to-date, accurate and complete files on all prospects in the CRM.

Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and complete move-in lists on all residents.

Build and sustain up-to-date, accurate, and complete wait lists for all depositors.

Maintain and update all mailing lists and other marketing files in CRM.

Regularly communicate, both verbally and by report submission, with supervisor keeping him/her informed-on progress of potential residents. Maintain a HOT Board.

Meet goals and objectives as established by supervisor.

Ensure all vacant and model units are well-maintained.

Coordinate move-in paperwork with the Executive Director or designee. Assist where needed as requested.

Other sales duties as assigned.

Public Relations: Responsible for creating positive image via building public awareness and enhancing the reputation of the Community Identify and assist with community-at-large awareness opportunities. Inform executive director and Victory Housing SVP of Assisted Living Operations/ Corporate Marketing

Capability Collaterals and Materials: Maintain par levels of all collateral materials and other presentation materials used in networking and marketing efforts Monitor success of advertisements utilizing CRM reporting Assist/implement in the development of Direct Mail campaigns, both print and digital, as designated in marketing plan and assigned by supervisor Other related advertising duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, admissions, and outreach in the senior housing industry Experience and proficiency with CRM, Outlook, and Excel. Must possess strong written and verbal skills A four-year college degree is preferred CPR and First Aid Certified or willingness to become certified with 60 days of employment Must have completed or be willing to complete educational requirements imposed by State regulations within the specified time Must present self in a professional manner, display genuine concern for elderly and tact in dealing with others Must have a valid driver's license in good standing for the State in which employed Adherence to CDC guidance and Victory Housing policy, verifying that COVID-19 vaccination and boosters are current. Salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 plus bonuses.
