Lead healthcare construction projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets are met. Collaborate with preconstruction teams on estimating, scheduling, phasing plans, and logistics, particularly for active healthcare campuses. Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific codes, infection control requirements (ICRA), and regulatory guidelines. Coordinate with hospital stakeholders, design professionals, and internal teams for seamless project execution. Manage all phases of procurement, subcontractor management, cost control, and reporting. Conduct and lead OAC meetings, fostering client trust and satisfaction. Mentor and guide project engineers and assistant project managers, supporting their development. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive solutions on-site. 8+ years of commercial construction experience with at least 3 years focused on healthcare or medical facility projects. Well-versed in healthcare construction standards, ICRA procedures, and AHCA (or similar authority) requirements. Hold a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Be a clear communicator and effective leader who excels in managing complex, occupied site environments. Bring strong proficiency in construction technology, project scheduling, and field coordination tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.). Have a client-first mindset and a proactive, solutions-driven approach. What's on Offer
