We're looking for an energetic and driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team and help convert incoming online leads into committed clients ready to work with our top-tier agents.

Job Summary

The Inside Sales Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to newly registered leads from our online platforms. Your primary goal will be to build rapport, qualify prospects, and set in-office appointments for our licensed agents or help the agents on our team book a showing if a lead comes in requesting a showing. You'll be the first voice potential buyers and sellers hear, so a confident, knowledgeable, and trustworthy phone presence is essential.

Responsibilities

•Promptly respond to and follow up with all new leads via phone, text, and email •Make daily outbound calls to warm and cold leads from CRM and lead generation platforms •Use the LPMAMA framework to qualify buyers and sellers and schedule appointments for our agents •Deliver persuasive and personalized conversations to earn the trust of prospects and secure brokerage meetings •Track and manage all communications and lead conversion in our CRM system •Memorize and effectively communicate in-depth knowledge of Parkland and Coral Springs, including: •Differences between East & West Parkland Communities and Other Parkland & Coral Springs Geographical knowledge •Learn & be able to confidently remember Community sizes, types of homes, and local amenities •HOA structures, dues, and rules •School zones and rankings •Local events and community highlights •Stay up to date on brokerage activities: •Upcoming listings, pending sales, and recent closings •How our social media and marketing strategies generate off-market interest •Weekly review of team performance and stats (you will be provided with a worksheet) •Represent our team's value proposition and assist prospects in understanding why we're the best team to help them buy or sell

Qualifications

•1+ year of inside sales, telemarketing, or phone-based customer service (real estate preferred) •Excellent phone communication skills with the ability to establish trust quickly •Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily •Strong memorization and retention skills - must be able to quickly learn and recall market-specific knowledge •Familiarity with real estate lead systems, CRMs, and appointment setting best practices •Highly organized and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset •Clear understanding of the LPMAMA script and how to apply it in real conversations
