We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshoot PLC systems Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and facility equipment Conduct regular inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety Provide emergency and scheduled repairs during production Perform mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and carpentry tasks Fabricate and modify parts, tools, and fixtures Maintain accurate logs and documentation of work performed Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and OSHA safety regulations Perform landscaping and snow removal duties Maintain a clean and safe work environment Physical Requirements
Lift up to 80 lbs regularly Use hand and power tools (e.g., wrenches, drills, vibratory tools) Kneel, crawl, bend, twist, and stand for long periods Work in extreme weather conditions with proper PPE Respond quickly to sounds and visual cues for safety Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Associate degree or equivalent technical training preferred Strong knowledge of building systems, machinery, and equipment Ability to diagnose and solve complex problems independently Effective communication and customer service skills Willingness to train in welding and fabrication if needed
