We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and perform maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of all building systems, machinery, and equipment. Key Responsibilities
Monitor and oversee maintenance, repairs, and installations of structural, utility, HVAC, plumbing, fire, and security systems Maintain inventories of tools, equipment, supplies, and spare parts Repair, maintain, fabricate, and install machinery and equipment Troubleshoot and fix machinery breakdowns to minimize production downtime Coordinate maintenance personnel and external contractors Ensure machines and tools are in safe working order Conduct inspections and diagnose malfunctions Fabricate and modify parts, fixtures, and equipment for improvements Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow and enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations Qualifications
Associate degree or 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role Strong knowledge of building systems, machinery, and equipment Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and follow directions Must be reliable and committed to scheduled shifts Ideal Candidate Traits
Organized and detail-oriented Proactive and self-motivated Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
