Oversee daily site operations on high-end custom home projects valued between $5M and $15M Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget Enforce high standards of quality control, site cleanliness, and safety compliance Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to identify issues and proactively solve problems Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, architects, and project managers Maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and daily logs Ensure timely project delivery while upholding the company's commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 7+ years of superintendent experience, with at least 3+ years focused on custom residential homes Proven track record managing ground-up builds in the $5M-$15M range Deep understanding of luxury homebuilding practices, high-end finishes, and working in occupied or restricted environments Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans Knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and South Florida construction best practices OSHA 30 certification is a plus What's On Offer
