SEEKING 2nd Shift Experienced Punch Press Set Up Tech operating Amada and Turret Presses
Key Responsibilities: Set up and adjust punch press machines for production runs. Select and install appropriate tooling for each job. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the punch press machines. Perform regular maintenance on the equipment to keep it in optimal working condition. Train and mentor junior punch press operators on machine setup and operation.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Punch Press Setter in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions. Good communication and teamwork skills.
