Starting at $42,000 annually, depending on experience Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM
4:00 PM or 8:00 AM
5:00 PM (occasional weekend support) Local candidates preferred

In this in-office position, youll focus on recruiting for light industrial and clerical roles, supporting both job seekers and client needs across the region.

What Youll Do:
As a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter, youll play a vital role in our branchs success by: Recruiting candidates through job boards, walk-ins, referrals, and local outreach. Conducting screenings and placing candidates in light industrial and clerical roles. Explaining job expectations, extending offers, and preparing candidates for success. Maintaining consistent communication with applicants via phone, email, and in person. Visiting client sites to check on employee performance and build strong relationships. Accurately entering and updating candidate data, schedules, and documentation. Collaborating with your branch team to meet daily and weekly recruiting goals. What Were Looking For:
12 years of experience in recruiting, customer service, or a people-centered administrative role. Fluency in both Spanish and English this is essential to support our candidate base. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Friendly, professional communication style in person and over the phone. Ability to stay organized, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred: Candidates who live within 25 miles of New Brunswick, NJ.
