Lead SAP EAM Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP EAM Consultant This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be involved in business process consulting, defining problems, proposing solutions, and playing a key role in development, configuration, and deployment of solutions. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables, contribute to proposals, client training, and internal capability building, and help define project scope. This role offers an opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that help clients meet changing global needs. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; consideration for three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education. At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology. This position is based in Ohio; travel and/or relocation may be required. Preferred Qualifications At least 7 years of experience in SAP implementation programs, with strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance module and integration with other SAP modules. Experience in Chemicals or other Process industries. Hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance within S/4HANA implementation programs. Ability to handle requirement gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, functional testing, and test data setup. Skills in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, SAP configurations, detailed specifications, testing, and managing SAP development and testing teams. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Knowledge or certification in S/4HANA and Scrum Master/Agile Coach is a plus. Strong client-facing experience, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills, proficient in advanced Excel data analysis. Ability to coordinate work between onsite and offshore teams, with flexible work timings due to remote work and offshore overlaps. The role involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer, with communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face.
