Bluecrest is adding a
Financial Analyst
to support our multifamily investment team in Newport Beach, CA. The Financial Analyst will primarily work on asset management, providing support for operational performance and financial metrics of an assigned portfolio of properties. Responsibilities include analyzing performance, developing strategies, assessing market data, and executing investment plans at the property level. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, possess strong business writing skills, and have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. They will work closely with an experienced team eager to rapidly scale our investment portfolio. Responsibilities Create and implement strategic business plans for each multifamily asset to improve profitability, returns, reputation, and resident satisfaction. Identify opportunities for value creation through operational efficiencies, capital improvements, or best practices. Gather and analyze market data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for value creation, examining industry standards, surveys, benchmarks, and economic trends. Review financial and operating reports regularly, providing analysis and scenarios to support strategic decisions. Create executive summaries and investment memorandums. Collaborate with the closing team to complete checklist items. Skills/Software: Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Strong internet research capabilities. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in multifamily real estate finance, with at least one year as a Financial Analyst. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills. Compensation and Benefits Salary:
$70,000 to $100,000, based on experience. Performance Bonuses:
