Overview
The Analyst, Asset Management will play a key role in monitoring and optimizing the performance of a growing multifamily portfolio. Responsibilities include: Support the Asset Management team with property-level performance tracking, financial analysis, and reporting. Maintain and enhance Excel-based financial models to track operating performance, variances, and reforecasting. Analyze monthly property financials, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve NOI. Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and business plans. Prepare investor and internal reporting packages, including dashboards and performance summaries. Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform asset-level decision-making. Participate in due diligence efforts for acquisitions, including lease audits, market comps, and operating expense reviews. Collaborate with third-party property managers to ensure data accuracy and KPI alignment.
