We are seeking an experienced and strategic

Chief Financial Officer(CFO)

who will take on a key leadership role in managing the company's financialstrategy and capital operations. The CFO will be instrumental in driving the company's fundraisingefforts, managing investor relations, and ensuring strong financial performance. This positionrequires a proven track record in securing investments and an extensive background in capitalmarkets to support our growth ambitions. Key Responsibilities

Lead the company's fundraising efforts, with a focus on equity financing, debt management, andoptimizing the capital structure. Oversee capital operations, including raising funds at various stages such as seed, Series A,and beyond, ensuring sufficient financial resources for business expansion. Manage financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and tax compliance to ensure financial healthand sustainable growth. TBuild and maintain strong relationships with investors, ensuring transparent and regularcommunication, and enhance the company's presence in the capital markets. Manage financial risk and resource allocation, ensuring compliance with all regulatoryrequirements and long-term financial sustainability. Collaborate with the executive team to drive overall company strategy and provide key financialinsights and support. Oversee the digital transformation of the financial systems, optimizing processes and efficiencyacross the board. Provide proactive financials to management for better decision making, and cash management. Qualifications

Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA or CPApreferred. 10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a CFO or similar role. Deep familiarity with U.S. capital markets and a proven track record in fundraising, investorrelations, and M&A activities. Must provide trackable fundraising record Extensive experience in capital markets operations, particularly in securing investments duringseed, Series A, and subsequent rounds. Strong financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and lead ahigh-performing financial team. Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., ERP) and experience in driving digital transformation. Must be able to work onsite with no remote options.
