What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team as a product specialist - Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and present tailored product demonstrations - Address technical inquiries from customers, partners, and internal teams regarding product features - Collaborate with product management to relay customer feedback and suggest enhancements - Stay informed on competitive landscape and participate in marketing events, including trade shows and conferences

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 7 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience - Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform or expertise in cloud software solutions - Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving - Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building and collaboration with sales teams - Willingness to travel as necessary
