Senior Manager, Talent & Culture

Job Description About the Role

We are seeking a purpose-driven, high-impact Senior Manager to partner directly with the Chief People Officer in advancing our High Performance Culture (HPC). This role is pivotal in embedding our Purpose, Values, and Behaviors into the fabric of how we lead, perform, and grow. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that activate culture, enable performance, and elevate talent—ensuring our people and leaders are aligned, inspired, and equipped to deliver on our mission.

What You’ll Do Activate Culture & Values

Champion and embed our Purpose and Values across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to performance to recognition. Lead culture activation campaigns that bring our values to life, including “Customer First,” “Bold Collaboration,” “Act with Integrity,” and “Never Stop Learning.” Design and facilitate experiences that help leaders and teams internalize and model our behaviors in daily work.

Enable High Performance

Evolve performance management practices to drive clarity, accountability, and measurable progress through OKRs and behavior-based feedback. Partner with leaders to reinforce a culture of excellence, urgency with discipline, and ownership of outcomes.

Elevate Talent Management

Integrate HPC principles into talent planning, succession, and development strategies. Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to identify and grow talent aligned with our values and future capabilities. Support the design and execution of leadership development programs that build behavioral discipline and strategic capability.

Drive Change & Engagement

Develop toolkits, communications, and workshops that support behavior adoption and cultural alignment. Facilitate listening sessions and feedback loops to ensure cultural resonance and continuous improvement. Serve as a visible advocate and coach for leaders navigating change and transformation.

Measure & Improve

Own the strategy and execution of measurement efforts related to engagement, behavior adoption, and cultural health. Leverage data from culture surveys, customer satisfaction, and OKR achievement to inform strategy and interventions. Ensure metrics are actionable, transparent, and aligned with enterprise priorities.

What You Bring 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Culture Transformation roles. Proven success leading enterprise-wide culture or change initiatives in complex, matrixed environments. Deep understanding of performance enablement, leadership development, and behavior-based talent practices. Strong facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with OKRs, behavioral frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across functions. Passion for purpose-driven leadership and creating inclusive, high-performing environments.

Compensation Base Salary Range: $138,764.29 USD to $187,739.92 USD

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
