About the Role: We are seeking a purpose-driven, high-impact Senior Manager to partner directly with the Chief People Officer in advancing our High Performance Culture (HPC). This role is pivotal in embedding our Purpose, Values, and Behaviors into the fabric of how we lead, perform, and grow. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that activate culture, enable performance, and elevate talentensuring our people and leaders are aligned, inspired, and equipped to deliver on our mission. What You'll Do: Activate Culture & Values Enable High Performance Elevate Talent Management Drive Change & Engagement Measure & Improve What You Bring: 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Culture Transformation roles. Proven success leading enterprise-wide culture or change initiatives in complex, matrixed environments. Deep understanding of performance enablement, leadership development, and behavior-based talent practices. Strong facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with OKRs, behavioral frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across functions. Passion for purpose-driven leadership and creating inclusive, high-performing environments. Base Salary Range: $138,764.29 USD to $187,739.92 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
