What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Review intake requests, conduct current-state analysis, and gather data to elicit initial requirements - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, model, and document requirements impacting end users - Assess backlog items to clarify acceptance criteria and prioritize business value - Support the Product Owner in creating user stories and facilitating refinement sessions - Create product documentation and recommend analysis tools within a Scaled Agile environment
What is Required (Qualifications): - Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in gathering data requirements and conducting data-related activities - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to build solid working relationships and gain the trust of stakeholders and Agile team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with mobile and web technologies, specifically in contact center technologies such as IVR, AI, and CRM - Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) case development
