Associate Immigration Attorney | Miami, FL (Hybrid) Join a growing immigration law firm dedicated to helping families stay together and move forward with confidence. We’re looking for an Associate Immigration Attorney with
2-4 years of experience , including courtroom advocacy, to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate closely with a senior attorney and support staff. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and ICE Conduct legal consultations and prepare clients for hearings Draft motions, waivers, and filings (asylum, VAWA, cancellation of removal, etc.) Manage paralegals and case deadlines using Clio Maintain strong communication and organization Qualifications: 2-4 years of immigration law experience Courtroom and client-facing experience Strong writing and attention to detail Must be fluent in Spanish JD and license to practice (FL preferred) This firm offers a competitive salary, benefits, and a hybrid working schedule (3 days a week in office).
